Nurse helping Crimean massacre victims tried to kill herself when she realized her son was the killer

The mother of a gunman accused of murdering 21 people at a college in Crimea tried to kill herself after being told her son was behind the massacre, it has been claimed. Vladislav Roslyakov, 18, stalked his college halls with a shotgun and let off homemade explosives before killing himself in the school library at Kerch Polytechnic College. Ryerson student shot dead in north Toronto driveway

TORONTO - A man appearing to be in his 20s was shot and killed in Toronto’s Downsview neighbourhood on Thursday afternoon, edging the city closer to a record year for homicides. The daytime shooting occurred around many potential witnesses, police said. However, investigators got only sparse descriptions of the two male suspects, saying the pair fled east in a grey vehicle.
