VANCOUVER - A man has been shot to death in Vancouver’s Kitsilano neighbourhood. In a prepared statement, Vancouver police said they were called to the area of West 4th Avenue and Burrard Street at 8:30 p.m. and found the victim dead at the scene. Police said he had been shot. (The Province)
